The Trench will gather information from you, only for the purpose of using on this website. We will not release any personal information to the third parties, including bank, credit card, or email addresses, home or private.
When you join The Trench, you will be issued a personal customer identification code. Trench staff will always quote this code to you if asking for any sensitive information whatsoever. If you are approached, and are suspicious, do not give any information out.
Member Access Sections
Member access areas on this site are private sections set aside for specific customers to use to build knowledge and product databases. If you are not eligible to access these areas, do not be offended. You will have to produce relevant identification to be given access to these areas. Trench staff are permitted in these member access sections to maintain, and may add product advice or ideas to the database or discussions. Trench staff are all industry savvy, and have been in or around the trenches.
You will be emailed directly from parties interested in your classified listings on The Trench. When you sign up, depending on your business, you may opt to receive email updates from places like local councils as well. There will be no email spam from The Trench whatsoever. If you have received emails from us that you have not requested, contact The Trench immediately.
Vendors
The Trench will have drainage and construction suppliers using it daily. They will assist in moving your old materials due to their extensive coverage. None of your personal or demographic information will be divulged to any such parties. Vendors will be subject to the same pricing and conditions as all Trench customers.
